Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.

Safarigirlz will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on cash on delivery are not accepted.


All prices are shown in DKK, SEK, GBP, USD, EUR.
Prices do not include delivery costs.
Buyer is responsible for local VAT and taxes on delivery in countries where applicable.

What types of payment do we accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, and you can pay with viabill.

Money is only withdrawn when the item has been shipped.

No VAT will be added.

Can I change or cancel an order I've just placed?
Unfortunately we cannot change orders that have been paid and processed, we work super fast :) , if you have ordered by mistake, you can return it for free via our return portal HERE .

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed from Monday - Friday, during office hours, excluding public holidays. We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

How can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges, BUT you can return your purchased items via our return shipping link HERE , it costs DKK 39, you can then place another order for the desired items and sizes. Once you have received confirmation via email that your returned item has been processed and your refund has been issued, you are ready to shop again.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it usually take

Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method and will be made within 14 days of SafariGirlz receiving the item.

You have up to 14 days to send your goods back.

SafariGirlz does not accept returns in damaged or worn condition, must be in the condition you received the item in, unused, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Swimwear and bodysuits must have original linings intact.


SafariGirlz respects your privacy on the Internet. SafariGirlz does not transfer information about customers / users to third parties. SafariGirlz will not disclose your credit card information, name, address, email address or any other information we may have obtained from you to any third party without your prior permission.

Item availability

Although we aim for the website to be accurate in all respects, we cannot guarantee that all products available in our webshop will be in stock when your order is processed.
In the event of a missing item or misleading information affecting your order, we will contact you immediately by email and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.

Unique items & Limited editions

We work with small designers and many handmade items, therefore there may sometimes be limited quantities or there may be some waiting time until the item is back, you can be notified by email when the item is back in stock.
