All orders are shipped from Denmark.

Is there free return shipping?
No, it costs DKK 39 if you choose to use our return portal, which you can find HERE

Orders are processed from Monday - Friday, during office hours 9-16, excluding public holidays. We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Transit Times:

Denmark - with DAO365	2 - 4 days	DKK 29
EU	4 - 6 days	Vary from country to country

When you have ordered with SafariGirlz, you will receive an email notifying you of your purchase.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after payment has been received.

Buyer is responsible for local VAT and taxes on delivery in countries where applicable.

SafariGirlz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.

Return a product.

When you want to return a product, simply use our return portal link HERE, remember to fill in the return slip correctly.

SafariGirlz does not accept returns in damaged or worn condition, it must be in the condition you received the item, unused, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Swimwear and bodysuits must have original linings intact.


Exchange :
We do not offer exchanges, BUT you can return your purchased items via our return shipping link HERE and get your money refunded, you can then place another order for the desired items and sizes. Once you have received confirmation via email that your returned item has been processed and your refund has been issued, you are ready to shop again.

Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method and will be made within 14 days of SafariGirlz receiving the return item.
